CITF Winetech Division was created in January 2019 and is already able to present its 3rd machine.
Located near to Cognac, CITF first launched ALIEN, an optical grape sorting machine after harvest, which won a Vinitech Sifel innovation award in 2018. Then this small compagny presented WOODY, a robotic handling component solution for barrel-making.
Today, CARDPLAKER is the new addition to the range of innovative solution. This innovation being s for the printing industry.
CARDPLAKER is a robotic system able to handle large format cardboard sheets for loading and unloading digital or screen-printing machines, perfect for printing POS products.
CARDPLAKER identifies the height of the pallet with its optical distance detector. The robotic system picks up the cardboard and presents it above a camera. The latter detects its position and adjusts it to the transfer table. It is then guided to the input stop of the printing machine.
Whether it is for large or medium series, CARDPLAKER is integrated into a manufacturing process to provide operators with greater comfort by eliminating the repetitive part of the tasks. The two main advantages are to eliminate MSD risks and to optimize production.
Indeed, CARDPLAKER reduces loading times between series with a throughput of up to 450 plates per hour. CARDPLAKER is perfectly synchronized with production tools and can be easily integrated into the manufacturing processes. Safety and efficiency are the promises of this robotic system.
